At VRC Lifestyle, we are a small business offering free delivery on orders over $200. We ship to selected countries and provide shipping tracking details with every purchase. International shipments are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), and customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties upon arrival. Please verify with your local customs office before purchasing, as policies vary. If a package is undeliverable and returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
REFUND & Refund POLICY
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, email us at hello@vrclifestyle.com with your order details, within 14 days of receiving and we’ll be happy to resolve it. Generally, you qualify for a return and refund if the product is unused and unbroken.
